No, a migration certificate will not be necessary for PU BA LLB counselling 2019, however, these are the documents that are required -

Marksheets of 10th and 12th
Birth Certificate
Character certificate
Gap year affidavit (if applicable)
Reserve category certificate (if applicable)
Gradation certificate issued by the sports

The counselling schedule for regional centres and Chandigarh campus are different. For admission in UILS Chandigarh the counselling is on 24th July and for regional centres the counselling is on 26th July. So if you wish to only take admission In Ludhiana then there is no need to

Poornima University is buildings have 6 floor, on every floor there is 50-60 rooms in which classrooms, lecture theatre , Computer Labs and seminars halls are available, Lifts are also allowed for the all students but only on 3rd and 6th floor.
