If you're applying through Sports quota for admission in Panjab University for BA LLB, then for admision under the sports quota your merit in the sports list will only be considered. In the sports list your marks in 12th and entrance will not be used to prepare the ranks your merit in sports will be used only.
As far as admission in the general category is concerned then if you have 68% in boards, the you're at a disadvantage and you'll have to score higher on the entrance for a fair chance of admission as 50% weightage is given to both. With 50-60 marks in entrance you'll have no chance in Chandigarh campus atleast. You'll require 75+ in entrance for a fair chance in Chandigarh atleast.

The application forms for admission to Masters Courses have already been issued on 1June 2019. The application process is scheduled to go on till 2 July 2019. While the admission process is scheduled to start frok 15 July 2019.
Admission to M.A. (Psychology) is based on merit, i.e. your score in bachelor's.

For the admission in B.com.L.L.B 5 years Integrated course, the punjab Univesity conducts entrance examination. On the basis of the results of the entrance examination cut off marks are released and then based on that admission is taken place. So these marks that you have told are not the criteria for admission. All the best!

Normal as such need some improvements like smart classes Projectors and some other facility also like classrooms should have ac and modern facilites etc Libraries are good and seminar halls are well maintained

At the time of my batch the college was quite good and descent will the basic facilities and amenities available inside the campus with spacious and well painted class rooms and building the library was awesome
My experience at Poornima University was amazing.

College infrastructure is very good and very well designed college, the main building have entrances at every side which is very good and easy for students and faculty to travel across the campus. And every floor contain two restroom for booth girls and boys on either side which is very convenient for students.
