Here the tags you have given for PU are different but in which PU you got 65% you haven't specified.
For JEE main yes you can take an admission in Government college in your domicile. you may get state quota or any other reservation to get an admission there.

Hi, after doing some research about placements in both Delhi University and Panjab University for B.com Hons, I've come across many reviews that don't speak quite highly of placements for both DU or PU. College Infrastructure
I really appreciate the kind of environment the college provide the campus is well maintained and available facilities are enough to support the students during their college journey it feel comfortable and welcoming.

Infrastructure of college is Outstanding. When I studied there is 3 floor which have modern computer labs, many washroom with full facilities and cleaning. In infrastructure I can't face any difficulty everything is well and good.
