139 is a good score. Yes you can definately get a merit seat.
Calculate the merit score. Wait for the admission process to start, till then you can check the previous year's cutoffs for the tentative college admissions.

Hii You are looking for Undergraduate in PU in computer science. So PU take the admission according to following criteria.

75% of Marks from the PU CET
25% marks from the 10+2 exam or Qualifying exam (In percentage)
Over and above weightage of NCC, NSS, etc.

Poornima University is buildings have 6 floor, on every floor there is 50-60 rooms in which classrooms, lecture theatre , Computer Labs and seminars halls are available, Lifts are also allowed for the all students but only on 3rd and 6th floor.
