Bachelor of Technology in Information Science and Technology [specialization In Artificial Intelligence and Data Science ] is four years (8 Semester) full-time undergraduate engineering program offered by Presidency University, Bangalore and approved by AICTE.

Information Science and Technology (IST) is a platform which leads to specialization in Internet Technology. IST focuses on analyzing the relationship between society and various technologies. The Information Science and Technology brings together relevant knowledge and methods from information science, the behavioral and social sciences, organization studies, economics, computer science, linguistics, and communications. Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics Compulsory along with Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.

Admission Details

Appeared for JEE (Main), JEE (Advanced), Karnataka CET, COMED-K, PUEET or any other State-level Engineering Entrance Examination.
Candidates are required to appear for the Presidency University Bangalore evaluation test in addition to standard eligibility criteria.
Candidates are also required to appear for the Personal Interview process

the college provides good infrastructure for engineering students, including well equipped laborites, modern classrooms with smart boards, a central library with technical books and journals, and high speed wi-fi across the campus, workshops and computer labs are updated.
