RGUKT Basar Course Admission 2024 - Fees, Date, Cutoff & Eligibility

Admissions to RGUKT Basar B.Tech Integrated and M.Tech courses are subject to fulfilment of minimum eligibility requirements as well as the candidates’ performance in the qualifying entrance examination. Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies admission to the B.Tech Integrated programme is based on the marks obtained by candidates in each subject in Class 10. 

In order to qualify for RGUKT admissions to the M.Tech. course, candidates are required to appear for GATE or TS PGECET and a personal interview. As per the RGUKT Basar admissions process, 85% seats in all the programmes are reserved for Telangana candidates and the remaining 15% are unreserved. RGUKT Basar Application Process 2024

• Candidates must make sure that they meet the minimum eligibility requirements for the courses they want to apply for.

• Candidates must visit the RGUKT online application portal on RGUKT Basar official website.

• Candidates must register themselves on the RGUKT application portal and create their login id.

• Candidates must fill the online registration form by submitting all the necessary information and documents. 

• Candidates must then submit the application form by paying the registration fee. RGUKT registration fee is non-refundable.

RGUKT Basar UG Admission 2024

There are 7 undergraduate integrated courses for students to choose from. The duration of all the courses is 6 years. The first 2 years are pre-university level where students are familiarised with the basics of the fields as well as subjects like Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. • Candidates must have cleared their Class 10 examination.

• RGUKT Basar B.Tech Integrated admissions 2024 will be granted based on the marks obtained in each subject in Class 10 examination.

• Candidates allotted RGUKT Basar need to visit the campus. 

• At the end, pay B.Tech Integrated fees and confirm admission. 

RGUKT Basar PG Admissions 2024

The varsity provides three postgraduate courses - M.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering, M.Tech. Electronics and Communication Engineering and M.Tech Computational Mechanics in Mechanical Engineering. The duration of all the PG courses is 2 years.

RGUKT M.Tech Admission Process 2024

• Sit for GATE or the TS PGECET and obtain a valid score. 

• Fill the application form of the university.

• Appear for a personal interview conducted by the varsity.

• On the basis of performance in entrance examination (80%) and a personal interview (20%), candidates are selected for admission to M.Tech.

• The selected candidates need to submit required documents and pay fees to confirm admission.

• Hall Ticket of 10th class or its equivalent.

• Study certificates from fourth class to tenth class/ Residence certificate by those claiming ‘Local Category’. 

• Bachelor’s marksheet (for M.Tech admissions)

• GATE score card and hall ticket (for M.Tech admissions)

• Residence certificate/service certificate of parents by those claiming un reserved category of seats 

• Proof of caste/community certificate (for reserved categories)

Note: As a state university RGUKT Basar follows all the government regulations with regards to reservation norms. The fee structure of RGUKT is also highly subsidised by the Telangana state government.
