BBA Retail Management at REVA University Bangalore Offline Course

BBA in Retail Management is a three-year undergraduate program divided into six semesters. The program Emphasizes on CRM, Sales Management, Pre and Post delivery services, attracting customers to store and ensuring customer satisfaction. Students will be made to focus on Retail marketing, Store operations, Buying, merchandizing, customer management. The main objective of the program is to bring in an understanding about Retail management perspective. The program Encompasses the industry requirements and aims at enhancing the skills & competencies required for Employment.
