Firstly, it's based on your interest to opt any branch you want. And if you're okay with both branches, you can simply opt CSE in Sastra university because when compared to other one, it's really very good in all verticals like no of PhDs, placements, atmosphere etc..,

Definitely, you'll get into 2nd campus and it depends on the lower rank candidates, if they chose main campus you're not able to get that otherwise you can.
