Sastra University takes admission in two ways-

1) Stream 1 (Based on JEE Main score+2 marks) for 70% seats.

2) Stream 2 (Based on +2 marks) for 30%

In order to be eligible you should have minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM in your 12th class.

The application form for B.Tech admission to Sastra University will open tentatively around the 1st week of April. The application form is likely to be available in online and offline mode. 

Please note that admission to B.Tech courses at the institute will be through two channels:

Channel 1

Sastra University is based on 2 streams, JEE Main score- 70%  and qualifying exam scores for 30% seats. Candidates will have to be eligible for both the streams .

Also the prediction is difficult as it varies from year to year.

Both the colleges provided good placements but if we compare the placements then Sastra university has better placements.

According, to Careers 360 Sastra University has AAAA+ rating which means outstanding and IEM Kolkata has AAA+ rating which means Good.
