see sastra university has two mode of admission, in stream 1 mode admission is based on 12th score + jee main score, where 70 percentage weightage is given to 12th score, 25 percentage weightage is given to jee main score, however since number of candidates is huge and right

It depends on the branch,
If you want to take CSE, ECE, EEE, CIVIL, mechanical ( Core Branch's), a minimum score of 975 is needed.

For the rest of sub-branches, 965 & above is the safe zone.
