If you ask on which basis comparison is to be made between the two then definitely one would look at placement scenarios of both colleges to get a realistic figure of where they stand. As for KL University, highest package goes to about 18 to 20 lpa. Average package being somewhere betwwen 4-5 lpa. Speaking for Sastra University, highest package was by Paypal which was 22lpa and average package somewhere around 3.5 to 4 lpa. Both have 90% placement stats. Good colleges to apply again depends on the work you put in. Best of luck and hope this answer helps!

Dear aspirants,
Thanks for contacting careers360.
It is very reputed University with good placement record over the years and most preferred among the student.since your percentile is very high hence there is no chance of course getting any seat in this college.
Thank you.

Hello,
You have a bit low chances of getting admission in Sastra University based on your class 12th board exam marks.Try for admission in other private colleges based on your marks.
Good luck.

Hello Baddi

First of all there is no specific cut-off marks for getting admission in sastra university. Your 12th marks and jee marks will decide your seat in sastra university. The merit is made based on 25% weightage of JEEmarks And 75% of your class 12th marks. So as you have calculated then your marks are good and their are some chances that you get stream 1 in good branches.

Hello,
The admission is based on two ways:
Stream 1: JEE main marks + board exam marks (70% seats)
Stream 2: only board exam marks (30% seats)
There is no specific cut off to get a seat in SASTRA University. It depends on the student who scores the highest marks. If you have appeared for JEE Mains then apply under stream 1. If your board exam marks is 90-95% and JEE main marks is between 50-120 then you can get admission under stream 1.
For stream 2, your board exam marks should be at least above 85-90% to get a seat and if it is more than 95% you can get a good course.
The last date to apply is June 14. So apply soon and they will release the merit list on that day

Thank you

Make sure you check the eligibility criteria for the university's admission. The 70% of the total seats are filled on the basis on Jee Mains. The other 30% are filled on the basis of 10+2 performance from a recognised board. There is also an age criteria which states that Candidates must have completed 19 years of age as on July 1, 2019 to be eligible to apply.

There are very limited number of seats for this course and admission would depend upon your Class 12 boards percentage and your CLAT score

College Infrastructure

My experience with this college is a mixed one ..The infrastructure of the university is good and is the most remarkable for the computing programs The research facilities here are top notch with fully equipped Labs and great professors (not all but a few ones are very experienced and influential in their field..other buildings are average and there is a wifi facility available 24/7 for laptops..no cycle is available ..The food is good..but everything has its bad days too..the form is quite clean

it is good feel to write review for helping juniors
