Dear Dev ,
Mostly it depends upon you but if we go through the Chennai atmosphere then Chennai, the weather is usually hot and humid, except during the September to December monsoon season, which heralds a cooler climate. The rains bolster critical water sources, but if there is a deficient monsoon season, reservoirs can run dry causing the city's water supply to dip. Residents then rely heavily on groundwater, which is not always potable, forcing them to buy drinking water. Excessive withdrawal of groundwater has, meanwhile, also led to the lowering of the water table in the city and nearby areas.
If we go through the above mentioned lines then we definitely know about Chennai is little bit hot weather but some of time it will depends upon our body structure like i don't need AC rooms because im comfortable with all season but you can try first NON -AC rooms because now is monsoon and winter season are running when summer season will come if you not comfortable with non ac hostels then you can change your hostel rooms .
I hope it will helpful
Thanks
hello there!
as per your query You are allotted a seat in CSE through SRMJCCA counselling. If you want to accept the seat then you need to submit your willingness by logging in with your credentials in application portal. You need to select 'accept' option and pay the fee on or before August 18, 2020. You also have two other options to choose one is to 'accept and upgrade' which means that you want to accept the seat but participate in next round for branch sliding in the same campus in which you are allotted a seat in round 1.
You need to pay 1 lakh fee. The last option is 'forfeit' which means you cannot participate in further rounds of counselling and quit the counselling. If you do not pay the fee on or before August 18, 2020 the seat will be cancelled.
i hope this helps you!
good luck.
Hello,
You have not mentioned in which campus you were allotted a seat in CSE. The tuition is different for each campus and the tuition fee is paid annually . Please check the fee given below for CSE in each branch

Dear pritishen ,
my name is prakash , in my opinion its best to join in srm, chennai, because in this technical world it would be good if you go for CSE rather than IT,and now a days codding is main in any area of tech industry.
All the best for your career.
Hey Nandhana
Since you have not told me your category I will assume you to be from general category.
According to previous year rank wise cutoff the last rank to get CSE in Chennai campus was 10,000. The last rank to get CSE in Ramapuram camous was 65,000 though. Most probably you will miss out on the Chennai campus but will easily make it to the Ramapuram campus by the 3rd round of counselling.
For more details you can visit https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/srmjeee-cutoff . All the best.
Hello Ajay,
According your score The chances are there for Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics in the main campus. I would suggest you to check the best possibilities with SRMJEEE College predictor tool.
Hope it is helpful for you.
Best of luck :)
See both are good. However most students prefer SRM Unversity. Basically the learning especially in CS is more on you. The college will teach what is in the curriculum. My advice woould be to check the curriculum and then check the college reviews. Alumni of the college are the best people to tell the reality.
However, the college will teach the curriculum. You have to learn the extras that are required to get the edge over the others. For that you should check job profiles, talk to seniors and then learn whatever language, technology is required to have the expertise that is needed.
ALL THE BEST
Hello aspirant...Hope you are doing well!!
Both are very good. Srm and vit both are very good universities for all ug courses. You have to choose depending upon your interest. Cse and ece both have a really great future so, it is upto your technical interest with which subject you can cope up easily and you can do it.
Choice is yours
All the Best!!
