As you have mentioned that you have secured 34134 rank in SRM. Yes, you can get CSE in other campus colleges of SRM in Chennai such as ramapura, vadapalani and Delhi NCR modinagar campus. However its difficult for the main campus Kattankulathur as the cutoff rank closes around 20000 for CSE with specialization and without specialisations.

There is an option called 'accept and upgrade' which means that you can participate in round 2 of counselling and there will be a branch sliding if there are vacant seats available considering your rank and category. So if you wish to participate in round 2 for branch sliding you can submit your willingness as 'accept and upgrade' pay one lakh fee. However, you will be allotted a different branch in the same campus, if available. Campus sliding is not allowed.

Yes, You are allotted a seat in CSE through SRMJCCA counselling. If you want to accept the seat then you need to submit your willingness by logging in with your credentials in application portal. You need to select 'accept' option and pay the fee on or before August 18, 2020. You also have two other options to choose one is to 'accept and upgrade' which means that you want to accept the seat but participate in next round for branch sliding in the same campus in which you are allotted a seat in round 1. You need to pay 1 lakh fee. The last option is 'forfeit' which means you cannot participate in further rounds of counselling and quit the counselling. If you do not pay the fee on or before August 18, 2020 the seat will be cancelled.

VIT Vellore is quite popular for CSE in terms of placements. And SRM also has good placement opportunities for computer science students. If you have good interest in coding /software /applications then you must opt CSE in any of SRM or VIT College but if you have interest in electronics then you must opt ECE. But if you are an average student then suggestion is to join cse as ece becomes very difficult for average students later.

Well, the answer is no as allotment of college /seat is totally based on the rank you have achieved. And if you want to get amaravathi campus and if you have filled any other preference in counselling round which is less that ece than you might get the choice of your campus. If not so, then it is not. Possible.
