both the colleges are private engineering colleges and in both the colleges the level of academics is very good and is appreciable. the infrastructure is also good in both the colleges and the placements are also good , both the colleges give a neck to neck competition as to get the tag of the best college in the country, however, VIT expends more on labs and libararies so, that's the only factor by which I can say that VIT is better than SRM.

Candidates need to appear for SRMJEE to get admission in Btech SRM and must have qualified 10+2 with physics  chemistry and mathematics as mandatory subjects. The rank list of SRM, 2020 will be declared very soon. Stay tuned to the official website every now and then in order to check the list. The rank list will be prepared on the basis of merit, i.e. on the basis of marks scored in the qualifying examination of +2. You will be able to check the rank obtained by logging into the portal using the right credentials.

Due to Covid-19, jee mains phase 2 exam is delayed. Prepare for phase 2 and improve your percentile. Once the exam is done. You can give names of preferred college at the time of councelling. After that merit list will be declared and you have possibility of getting preferred college.
