AVVM Sri Pushpam College placement cell of the university invites companies to visit the campus for the recruitment drive. The companies select the students according to their placement criteria and suitable job roles. The details of the Nalanda University placement procedure is given below:
Placement Cell sends invitations to companies for recruitment drive along with the necessary information and if the company agrees then it confirms its presence for conducting the AVVM Sri Pushpam College campus placement. Further, Interested students can register for the placement and have to submit their resumes to the placement cell. The resumes are shortlisted as per the eligibility criteria and then the company delivers a pre-placement talk session before taking the screening tests so that students can get to know more about the company and job profile. Students have to qualify the test, GD and PI conducted by the recruiters and at last students who are finally selected are offered jobs.
