Yes! my college has the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. Each and every classroom has projector, cctv camera in corridors and other facilities are used and well maintained. The living spaces are clean and well maintained.
I'm studying B.Sc agriculture Hons. Its a professional course. I have intrested in agriculture. Quaity of teaching is good. The curriculum is regularly updated and all recent developments in the field.
The placements in my collage is good. College is supportive. In B.Sc agri. the placement is quiet different. Most of the students clear the govt. entrence exams and got jobs in govt. fields. It has many scopes
Cost per year is approximately 1lakhs per year. And its worth for money.
The college has good staffs and techers. It has good mess, canteen and first aid centre but has no atm and stationary shop. As it is a agricultural college it is located in a village, and its a safe place.
My college infrastructure is not attractive or showy but then the lab facilities are really good.My college is basically a agriculture college hence I really love the environment. Ofcourse everyone loves nature and when its the subject you study obviously you will love it even more. The living space is really hygienic. My hostel is a 15 minutes walk from my college and we do have good wifi ,GYM,dinner, playground.
Am doing my Bsc.Horticulture because I love plant sciences. The quality of teaching is average. The curriculum is updated but only if we keep browsing and stuff. Ofcourse studying a professional course makes my job ready.
There has been no placement so far because after studying the course students prefer to write government based exam ,Upsc exams ,bank exams in order to get a good pay so there has been no placements although students prefer the same
20000 per semester is the cost. I do think its worth because finally people have come to their senses to give importance for agriculture so I do have high hopes in future and I am sure of that.
My campus life is the best because no other college students go to a tour every semester and us being horticulture students enjoy learning outdoor and yes going to hill stations enjoying the climate and classes makes it even more interesting. So we do spend a lot of time incampus but the memories are our educational tour. The students and faculties are good. The location is in the outskirts of vellore district but then the hostel has very good security. Yes can handle emergency ,we have our hospi
