Students scoring less than 80% in the T&P Cell test or those absent for the test must attend compulsory training. Failure to attend this training makes them ineligible for the placement season and they will not receive placement drive calls.
Once selected by a company, students cannot participate in another placement drive unless the new opportunity offers a salary at least 30% higher than the previous one. Only in such cases will they get another chance to participate, limited to one additional drive.
Absence from a scheduled placement drive results in being barred from future drives unless the absence is pre-approved by the TPO (Training and Placement Officer).
Students must provide accurate information to the T&P Cell. False information will lead to strict disciplinary action.
The T&P Cell organises technical and career-oriented seminars/workshops. Attendance and participation records are maintained and submitted to the T&P Cell.
Companies send selection lists and offer letters to the T&P Cell, not directly to students. The T&P Cell communicates offers to students, who must respond within a specified time frame. Failure to respond is considered a rejection.

From what I have heard and known the placement drives are a thing of the past in our college and there haven't been many placements on and off campus in our college recently. Now students are trying to start new startups to have work and the post pandemics have effected a lot of hiring companies leading to a lot of layoffs so there is a general lack of jobs.

There is a good placements in our college. The percentage of students where placed from our college is around 70-80% from all the branches of Engineering department that our college have. The average salary offered is 4-5 LPA and the highest is 11 LPA.

Anjuman - I - Islam's kalsekar, panvel college has many courses like B.E, M.E, Phd, B.arch, B.pharm and others.

B.pharm is a 4 yrs course and the fees is Rs. 4,24,000 (approx.) For 4 yrs.
