The college has a hostel campus is nestled in a tranquil and eco-friendly environment at the heart of Berhampore town, offering a serene yet accessible setting for students. The campus comprises six main buildings and two hostels, namely Nibedita Chatri Nibas and B.G. Rao, Amiya Rao Prangan, which together form a total of six hostel buildings (16). Designed to provide a comfortable and academically conducive atmosphere, the hostels ensure a safe and enriching residential experience for students. The lush greenery surrounding the campus enhances the overall ambiance, promoting both well-being and academic focus. 

The College especially takes care of the health and hygiene of the students, teaching, and non-teaching staff. A Health Care Centre has been running in the college since 1966, and it is now named “Subha Swasthya Kendra” (Health Centre).

The college has a very original of this institution, special emphasis has been laid on the enrichment of the library and increasing its resourcefulness. The college library, along with the college, got its affiliation in 1946.

The college has one sports ground of its own. Outdoor games like Kho-Kho, Basketball, Badminton, etc, are being played there. The Annual Sports Competition of the college is held on the home ground. Indoor games like Carom, Table Tennis, etc., are played in their common room. The Physical Education Department is running smoothly with a good number of trained faculty members. The College has a registered Alumni Association. It was enthusiastically constituted in 2005. The Association has been registered as “Berhampore Girls’ College Praktani” on 06.-8.2007. Since its inception, it has been playing the role of guidance and supervision to the present generation of the institute.

The college boasts 22 well-equipped laboratories across various science departments, including Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Physiology, Environmental Science, Computer Science, and Geography.
