Bharati Vidyapeeth’s New Law College, Sangli has a Career Guidance and Placement Committee to organise the placement drive for the students. Students are also provided with training programmes on personality development and communication skills and help them prepare better for the recruitment process. BVNLC also ensures that they can help most of the students getting placed into various companies by helping them in every possible way. Bharati Vidyapeeth's New Law College also conducts mock tests and practice session classes on Aptitude, Quantitative Ability, Logical and Reasoning to make students practice and get better before appearing for the final Interview and Written Test. The details of the BVNLC placements process is given below:

• Invitation- The BVNLC placement cell coordinates with the recruitment companies and sends an annexure to those companies and the recruiters in return need to fill all necessary information in the annexure. The Career Guidance and Placement Cell then fixes their dates with various recruiters based on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria offered by the recruitment companies.
• Registration- Students need to register themselves with the T&P cell for the placement drive along with all required documents and students satisfying all eligibility criteria will be asked to proceed further with the recruitment process.
• Slot-Allocation- Recruiters will then fix dates with BVNLC to visit the campus for conducting the recruitment process via various steps including Written Test, Group discussion and Interview. 
• Pre-Placement Talk- Students of Bharati Vidyapeeth's New Law College, Sangli are given pre-placement talks by different recruiting companies to make them aware of the policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.
• Written Test- Students of the college also need to appear and qualify a written test classified into different sections including Quantitative aptitude, Logical and Reasoning ability, English competency etc to test the skills and basic knowledge of students.
• Group Discussion & Interview- Students of BVNLC who will qualify the written test also need to qualify Group Discussion on topics decided by the recruiters to judge the communication and speaking skills of students. After clearing the GD round, students also need to go through various rounds of Interviews namely Technical Interview and HR Interview conducted by various recruiting companies to test the technical knowledge, communication skills and confidence of students.
• Final Selection- Students qualifying all rounds of tests and interviews, are then offered job offers and salary packages depending on their performance and overall scores in their academics.
