The intake for B.Sc Nursing at Bishop's College of Nursing is 50 students. The process of admission includes filling up of application forms along with xerox copies of certificates. Non-HSC candidates have to submit an Eligibility certificate during admission from the Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. Admission is based on merit lists as given by the DME. The division of seats will be equal for both management quota (50%) and government quota (50%) through DME, Tamil Nadu.

Each specialization has an intake of 4 students. Admission to M.Sc programs is uniform across all the specializations. The government candidates are selected based on the merit list by DME. For management quota, candidates will be called for an interview. The final selection is strictly on merit. Like the B.Sc program, 50% seats are kept under management quota while 50% remain government seats through DME, Tamil Nadu.
