A pretty well-known engineering college, Camellia Institute of Engineering, Madhyamgram, began in 2007. It is situated in Kolkata, West Bengal, with a vast range of engineering programs in its 3.23-acre campus. As many as 1,291 students enroll and teach with a faculty strength of 118, hence the student-teacher ratio is very good, and we get lots of attention from our professors. This institute is approved by AICTE, so you can ensure proper high educational standards.

The institute provides various engineering courses. It offers Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Information Technology programs under B.Tech. The M.Tech programs conducted here are in the field of Electronics and Communication and Computer Science. The institute also offers diploma courses both in Mechanical and Civil Engineering. This institute has a total of 597 seats; however, the highest number of intakes is recorded in Civil Engineering as well as in Mechanical Engineering with 120 seats respectively.

It is also a fact that entry into CIET is largely based on the scores received from two main entrance exams: JEE Main and WBJEE. These tests are basically the gateways to admissions in their engineering programs.
