Bachelor of Architecture is CAAD's flagship course with a cohort size of 80. Individual admissions are said to be dependent on the assessment through NATA or JEE Main (Paper II - B. Arch). The performance from these national-level entrance examinations was then merged with the results obtained by candidates during their qualifying examination.

Chennai Academy of Architecture and Design B.Des Admission Process

The Bachelor of Interior Design course offered by CAAD is still one of its main courses.
