Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Maharashtra State Candidates / Jammu & Kashmir Migrant Candidates / All India Candidates (AI)
1. The aspirant should be an Indian National
2. Should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects.
3. Should have obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together.
4. Furthermore, the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non-zero scores in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
OR
1. Should have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology by obtaining at least 50% marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
2. Obtained score in MHT CET 2020.
3. Obtained score in JEE(Main) Paper I or MHT-CET 2020.
Eligibility Criteria for Children of NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC), Foreign National (FN) Candidates
1. Should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects
2. The candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in the above subjects taken together.

Admission Details

The State CET Cell releases the Provisional Allotment Status of CAP Round(s) online at www.mahacet.org. The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) includes registration, document verification, and application form confirmation at any selected Setu Suvidha Kendra. It is conducted for admission to the First Year of Four Year duration Full Time Engineering and Technology program (B.E./ B. Tech). Candidates have to register on the official website of the State Cell of Maharashtra to participate in the Counseling of MHT CET.

College Infrastructure

The classrooms are big. They have a lot of air which is really nice when you have to sit for a long time. Every classroom has big projectors and smart boards. Even though they do not always work perfectly you can tell that the college is trying to make things better. The seminar halls are really great. They are big enough to have big events without feeling too crowded. The engineering labs have a lot of equipment especially for things like Mechanical, Computer Engineering and Electronics. Students get to use the equipment themselves of just watching, which is how it should be. The computer labs have computers with pretty new software but when a lot of students are using them at the same time it can feel like there are not enough computers to go around. The engineering labs and computer labs are both important, to the college. They do a good job with them.

College Infrastructure

The college has good infrastructure with modern computer lab prestigious classroom Wi-Fi campus. It has kid shares three campus within the same area. The facilities are suitable for both academic and student activities. So yeah, it’s good.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure of D.Y. Patil College of Engineering is overall good and continuously improving. The campus is well-maintained, clean, and organized, providing a comfortable environment for students. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with modern teaching facilities such as projectors and digital boards, which enhance the learning experience. The laboratories are well-equipped with the necessary instruments for practical knowledge, although some labs may have slightly outdated equipment that could be upgraded. The college also has a library with a good collection of books, journals, and digital resources, which supports academic learning and research. Students have access to Wi-Fi across the campus, but connectivity can be inconsistent in certain areas like common spaces. The campus also includes seminar halls and auditoriums with proper audio-visual systems for events, workshops, and guest lectures. � Careers360 +1 In terms of other facilities, the college provides sports grounds, a gym, and cafeteria services.
