Academics
Teaching quality is very nice.Teachers are supportive . Learning experience is good . The teaching helps to easily understand the subjects. Exams and assignments are moderate. Our college is autonomous so we have CCE pattern exams.
College Infra
My college has excellent classrooms. Wi fi facilities are average. The campus is well maintained and clean. Required equipments are available. Washroom are also clean & maintained regularly. Smart classrooms are also available.
Campus Life
College campus is well maintained. Campus Life in our college is clean and well maintained. Students get opportunities to participate in events or competition. The college location is also convenient and overall experience is good.
Placements
The placement opportunities in my college are average. Around 10% students get placed in top companies and some students are placed in other companies. There is a big scope in government sector. Highest package is around 20LPA.
Value For Money
My course fees are around ₹20,000 and I think that I am getting good value for money.

Academics
The syllabus feels pretty off and the exams kinda seems tough. The professors here don't focus as much on students but only care Abt the project files.
They are very strict with 75% attendance rule
Bunking classes is difficult
College Infra
The Akurdi campus is massive and one of the best in pune. We got fountains everywhere
Although i spend most of my time in labs, they are fully equipped with CNCs and testing rigs works well. The library is good too
Campus Life
Campus life is on the good side
There are formula racing teams for students here too. Annual fest is ashwanth which is like a big carnival
That is a good part
Placements
Core mechanical jobs are decent but not that good
U can expect an average package around 4 to 5 LPA in core companies but they are hard to get too.
U have to be really skilled to stand out of everyone otherwise its just rat race
Value For Money
the fees are on the higher side, if you add hostel charges which might even increase every year

Academics
The college follows the university-prescribed syllabus. The curriculum covers the basics enough. However it can feel a little slow to catch up with what the industry's doing. There is a gap between what the college teaches and what employers expect. This gap is real. Students who bridge this gap tend to do on their own. They have to take the initiative to learn what the industry is actually doing now. The college curriculum is not always up to date, with the industry. The college is not always able to keep up with these changes.
College Infra
The classrooms are big. They have a lot of air which is really nice when you have to sit for a long time. Every classroom has big projectors and smart boards. Even though they do not always work perfectly you can tell that the college is trying to make things better. The seminar halls are really great. They are big enough to have big events without feeling too crowded. The engineering labs have a lot of equipment especially for things like Mechanical, Computer Engineering and Electronics. Students get to use the equipment themselves of just watching, which is how it should be. The computer labs have computers with pretty new software but when a lot of students are using them at the same time it can feel like there are not enough computers to go around. The engineering labs and computer labs are both important, to the college. They do a good job with them.
Campus Life
The campus is clean. It has some green areas. They take care of the campus so it does not look like nobody is taking care of it. The campus is not huge like you see in movies or pictures.. The campus has its own special thing that you will like when you stop thinking about what you thought it would be, like and you actually see it for what the campus is. The campus is nice. It grows on you over time. You will like the campus once you get to know it. The campus has a lot of character. That is what makes it special.
Placements
A good number of companies come to our campus. These companies include IT service firms, a product-based companies, core engineering firms and some startups. Most of the jobs are given by IT companies. This is what happens at engineering colleges. It is possible to get a job at a product company or a high-paying tech firm after passing out from DY Patil. This does not happen often. The students who get these jobs are usually the ones who have worked hard and built profiles before the placement season starts. They are the exception. Getting a job at a company is not the rule for most students, at DY Patil.
Value For Money
The fees you pay do not automatically mean you will get a result. The fees you pay will get you a starting point and what you achieve from that point is totally up to you. If you are a student who's really motivated and and you make the most of every opportunity during your four years, at DY Patil College of Engineering then it is definitely worth the money you pay.. If you are paying a lot of money and expecting to get great results without putting in any effort then you will probably be disappointed. You need to go to DY Patil College of Engineering with a plan and a willingness to work hard. Then you will get value for your money. If you just expect DY Patil College of Engineering to do everything for you then you might feel like you have wasted your time and money.

With 64k general category rank it's not possible to get into the computer science engineering branch in any of the nits or iiits or top engineering colleges.

Well in terms of placement D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Pune is good.About 70%–85% students get a placement In decent IT companies with an average salary of about 5 lakhs per annum and the highest has gone 35 lakhs per annum well if you are willing to join
