The EFL University's Lucknow Campus library supports academic and research activities in Language Teaching, Linguistics, and Literatures in English and foreign languages. It offers books, journals, periodicals, and online access to journals like JSTOR, Project Muse, and others. The library operates year-round, excluding public holidays.

The Lucknow Campus provides extensive computer facilities, including a computer lab with LAN-enabled PCs and a printer. Internet services are free for staff and students. The lab, also a Multimedia Digital Language Laboratory, is open year-round except public holidays.

The campus offers two boys' hostels for regular students, with rooms allocated on a sharing basis to outstation students pursuing full-time courses, subject to availability. Accommodation is not guaranteed for all, and those allotted rooms must adhere to hostel rules.

Two girls' hostels are available for regular students at the Lucknow Campus, with shared room allocations for outstation students in full-time courses, based on availability. Accommodation is not assured for all, and allotted students must follow hostel regulations.

The Lucknow Campus held a Sports Meet on 8 March 2018, featuring cricket, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, and chess. The three-day event saw enthusiastic participation from students across various courses and was well-received by both students and teachers.
