FORE School of Management, New Delhi offers Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) approved by AICTE. The objective of this programme is to enhance the body of knowledge in the research domain and its dissemination. It is aimed at admitting scholars with exceptional academic background, strong motivation, discipline, and having a strong inclination towards good quality research.

The tuition fee will be increased by Rs. 10,000 from third year.

In case, the scholar is not able to submit the thesis in 4 year's then fee will be charged for the next year at the same rate as mentioned above.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidates for the programme must have one of the following qualifications obtained from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India, or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a university under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, or an equivalent qualification from an institution approved by AICTE. The degrees of candidates from foreign universities must be recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Similarly, the PGDM of Indian Institutions must be recognized as equivalent to MBA by AIU and approved by AICTE. The following are the requirements for canditates:

Master’s Degree or equivalent in Management/ Engineering and Technology /Economics/ Social Science/ Biological Science/ Pure Science/ Commerce/ Humanities with FIRST CLASS shall be considered for admission to Executive Fellow Programme in Management.
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 year's of managerial experience

Those appearing for their final examination in their respective discipline can also apply. Such students, if selected, shall be provisionally admitted, provided they complete all requirements in obtaining their Master’s Degree before September 30, 2026. The admission of these candidates shall remain provisional until they produce the marksheet, proving that they satisfy the eligibility criteria. The deadline for submitting the final year marksheet is December 31, 2026.

Selection Process

The candidates have to give a presentation (10-15 minutes) on their Tentative Research Proposal in the area of research interest on March 24 & 25, 2026.
The candidates will be called for a personal interview for final selection on March 24 & 25 , 2026 and the selected candidates for this programme will be intimated by Wednesday, April 01, 2026.
The Academic Qualification documents and Experience Documents will be verified.
Any change in the above mentioned dates will be intimated to the candidates separately.
The decision of the Selection Committee regarding admission shall be final. Communication shall be sent only to the selected candidates. The Institution shall not entertain any queries or correspondence in respect of those not selected.
