The college does have all the necessary infrastructure or facilities, especially the Laboratory which is really well maintained. The classroom is good and the library does offer good amount of reference materials. The smart boards on the classroom is however a bit of hit or miss, coz sometimes it's really good but sometimes it's a bit difficult to get things loaded and stuff, but over all a decent one in the classrooms. The living spaces are definitely clean and well maintained as well.

I'm still in my first year but as far as I've experienced, in terms of academics its medicore however they really do try their very best in making the academics the top choice for the students. Keeping in mind that in a class of huge numbers there are definitely more than half of the students finding it very difficult to understand things and etc so to keep everyone engaged and teach them all its difficult and they try their best. Some faculties are good but some are mid. If you really prioritize very high level of education I feel that the environment is very important as well and in that terms of that the academics lack much but for average scoring student I think it will be a decent option. The curriculum is also mid range, a student have to put in tons more effort outside of what is being taught inorder to improve your own skills and etc.

I'm not really sure about the placements but as far as what I've heard from my seniors the placements are not very good as well unless you are very extraordinary and put in more efforts apart from the things taught at college.

For the value being paid which is roughly 80k per year i think it's on the okish side. But for someone who only averages i think it may be good as they definitely try to make studies the top priority for the students.

The Campus Life depends and varies from people to people. I think it's pretty good as they have so many extra curricular activities and the faculties does encourage you to take them. From dance to many types of sports to even NCC army and Air wing it's an great opportunity for everyone. Frequent competition are announced as well from various departments, be it, editing or hackathon or essay or etc.. The campus by itself it not very huge but decently sized. Its location is on Velachery which is one of the important places in Chennai and it's pretty cool as well.

So for someone who seeks quality education and great value to their degree, exploring every other options is advisable but however Guru Nanak is not a bad option as well but better value adding unis are out there I believe. Someone who is pretty average in academic or for someone who focus more on sports or other extra curricular activities it will be a great place as there won't be much objections and there's enough support for you! From my experience as a sports student it's a top choice.

Yes, my college has good infrastructure and provides necessary facilities for students. The campus has classrooms, laboratories, libraries, sports centres. All the classrooms are equipped with smart boards. The restrooms are regularly cleaned and all the canteens are neatly maintained and hygienic.

I am currently pursuing B.Com with specialization in Information Systems Management. I took this course because it is a mix of three domains namely Commerce, Finance, and Computer which made it more interesting. The quality of teaching in good. As I am a fresher they have updated the curriculum from this year according to the recent developments in the field.

I am not sure about the quality of placements but the students who were placed where offered good package and reputed company. The average package provided was around 2.5 to 3 LPA. The highest was 1.01cr per annum.

As this is a Government aided college, the fees are generally less. There are two streams namely Govt aided and self finance. I am currently pursuing in self finance where it costs me around 80,000 per year and few scholarships are available to students which may reduce the fee too. I feel that what I am getting is worth the money if properly used.

The campus is filled with greenery. Its fully covered with trees. The worst part is that it has too many monkeys but its manageable. There are many clubs in which students can engage like NCC(Armywing and Airwing), NSS, Red Ribbon Club, Women empowerment cell etc. Each department has its own set of office bearers and the whole college has a set of student councils. There are opportunities of being Class Representatives too.

My college really awesome and the campus are big and very natural trees and plant are there and the college in prime location because access the college easily for day scholars. My college really good and neatly maintained .

The academic is really good in my college. The staff are humble and friendly type you ask any doubt at any time staff are clearing your doubt through social media itself or next class. The management are really good in academics best faculty

The placement are really awesome in my college. The placement staff are really humble and guiding your profile and resume itself. The management allot the mentor also to clear a interview campus itself. My college is really very good placement.

All types of facilities are available in our college. There are huge grounds, and we have every type of sports halls, auditoriums, courts, air-conditioned rooms, infrastructure, and sports like badminton, hockey, cricket, etc. The entire campus has CCTV surveillance, and there are more than 4 big libraries, 10 sports courts and grounds and a large parking space. The entire campus is spread over 60 acres.

Teachers in our college are helpful, good, and are knowledgeable. Their teaching style is great. The course curriculum is good and fulfils all the necessary new subjects upgraded from time to time. New technologies like angular, node js, etc., are being taught.

Students who scored more than 75% in their academics are eligible for interviews. Almost 90% of the students get placed from college. The highest salary package offered was 23 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Infosys, etc., visit the campus for recruitment. Since the past few years, almost every student get placed somewhere as there are a lot of campus placements.

Of course value for money

The life in the campus is great Guru Nanak college as the campus itself have a pleasant atmosphere with trees and buildings and there all the necessary things .

Infrastructure is an good and surrounded with lot of peoples and students of the college with busy roads inside the college and there is an bus facilities for various bus routes in and around the chennai

Placement is average in the college where medium and small scale companies will come for placement and large companies will be an super dream offer for students in the placement place with various examination for placement

My college is affiliated to University of Madras. My college offers safe and secure environment with the help of CCTV cameras and guards deployment. It also provides sports facilities and coaching. I don't know about mess food because I don't live in the hostel. During my online learning journey staff is very supportive and are available to assist students.

There are designated faculties who emphasise more on methodology on practical learning and case studies. Library is also well maintained and various kinds of books are available for students who can refer from the book anytime they wish to.

As per the current reports, my college has the more than 70% students placed during placement drive. Highest package was around INR 4 lakh per annum and the average stood at approximately INR 2 lakh per annum.

The fees for doing B.com is INR 20,630 for one year. Course is for 3 years so total cost will be INR 61,890. I feel that I am getting the worth from the spending on this course as well as in this college because they provide holistic learning approach.

As I am pursuing online I don't have much idea about campus life but one of my friend is doing offline b.com and he mentioned that campus life is good as they are conducting various fests and organise different events each month.

I am definitely getting the value from this course.

The quality of education is really good and the facilities are friendly and approachable. They are ready to help anytime. And the way staffs teach each and every concept is very clear. The subjects are relevant for our jobs.

Placements are average and the packages offered is not sufficient or upto expectations. The placements availability for students from computer based background is pretty decen. Those are well established companies mostly.

Joining in this college is worth for all the money being paid as fees. The college not only focuses on academic but also gives much importance for extra curricular activities and mainly on development of skills.

Student friendly campus which is filled with animals and many cultural events takes place here. Students can definitely enjoy their time in campus and the exposure they get around college is very much.

My college have good infrastructure with all the facilities needed. There is about 4 labs for our department. Most of the class set up with projectors. The students can easily access the library at any time. The college give importance to sports. There is wifi around the campus but students cannot access it. The spaces are near and clean. There are 3 canteens around the campus and everyone is hygienic. But there is full of monkeys around the campus that may disturb you while eating the snacks.

I am studying bachelors of Computer Applications. I chose this course to get placed in IT companies and this course is one of the best course in this college. The quality of teaching is good but that all belongs to the subject teachers. Some of the teachers are freiendly and having good teaching methods. The curriculum is updated every year and that makes the students industry ready. For mine I have to strong in one coding language such as python or Java to get placed in IT companies.

Most of the students got placed in every year. There is placement cell to place students. But some students with coding knowledge only get placed on IT companies. The remaning students got placed in other fields such as banking, accounts etc. About 70 percent of students get placed every year. The highest salary package is 7 lakhs per annum and the average salary package is 3 lakhs per annum. The placement cell provides pre placement training to students to know about the process of placement.

For my department, the fee is around 60000 per year and mostly this amount will be for other departments also. But for Data analytics department the fee structure varies and slightly high for that course. They will pay around 42000 per semester. I am slightly disappointed with fees structure because that is slightly high for this course but the college campus gives the worth.

The college campus is large and covered full with trees. There is large cricket ground that covers the full college but that is not accessible by the students. The students can enjoy the college campus life. There is full of monkeys that is slightly disturb the students some time. The culturals is happening once every year but some students only allowed to participate and that is the worst thing in this college. Most of the staff are supportive. Transport facilities are accessed nearby college.

Over all good only for placements but not for enjoying culturals.
