Master of Human Resource Management is a two-year full-time course offered by Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata and approved by All India Council for Technical Education.
The CAT scores of the applicants is obtained from the IIM admission committee. On the basis of a cut-off mark of the CAT score, the candidates are called for group discussion and interview at IISWBM Calcutta. The final list of the selected candidates will be prepared strictly on the basis of merit.
A candidate must have passed the Honors minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PWD) candidates or equivalent courses where Honours are not available, from a recognized university; Graduates in any professional course (Engineering, etc.) LL.B (5 years) of a recognized University are also eligible.
