College Infrastructure
Kiit school of Law has all necessary infrastructure and facilities. The moot court is very well maintained and closely replicates a real courtroom. Classrooms are airy and pretty well maintained. The library is arguably one of the best in the country and has all volumes and books a student might need.
Academics
I am a student of Law, pursuing my Bachelors. The quality of teaching provided at the institute is one of the best in the field, the teachers being all experienced and cooperative. The curriculum is well updated and includes all new case laws and current affairs, making the syllabus apt and suited to the times of now.
Placements
I'm yet to graduate but my seniors have all gotten placed at revered firms and organizations. Several high profile law firms hire from the institute and that goes to show the quality of the students. Mandatory internship breaks provide first hand knowledge to the students and they are easily placed at good law firms. I have heard my seniors praise the cooperation of the college in placing them.
Value-for-money
The course costs 340 thousand rupees a year, that is, 170 thousand rupees a semester. The cost becomes justified as the students get placed in firms where the packages offered are good enough. The overall facilities offered at the college make the experience worth the money.
Campus Life
Campus life is as good as it gets in any law college. There are different societies like the literati and the dance society that take cater to the co curricular aspects of a students life. A student is free to join these societies. The teachers are cooperative and helpful. The campus of the law school is beautifully maintained and has sports and other facilities too.

College Infrastructure
Our college has well equipped classes with wifi and smartboards in every classroom. There's proper Air conditioning in every classroom as well. The library is one of the best libraries in Odisha. Food is good as well.
Academics
The curriculum is up-to-date and the professors are well qualified. They are very friendly. They take extra classes if required. You can call or text them anytime you need them while preparing for examinations or during other competitions. They will always be there to help you.
Placements
The quality is not at par with the fees charged. I'm not really qualified to answer this as I'm in my first year and situation might change in the coming years but as much as I have heard from my super seniors, they weren't provided with good placements. The situation might have been because of the pandemic too so I wouldn't really like to comment on that.
Value-for-money
The fee per semester is 1.7 lakhs which is pretty high. But taking into account the infrastructure and the other opportunities provided along with the subscription of Manupatra, SCC online, JSTOR, and many more, it seems quite okay. But I would still say that the fee is pretty high.
Campus Life
There are several societies that students can choose according to their interests. These societies recruit students after proper interview rounds. So it's not like every student can get into a society. But the culture here is pretty cool. You can find students from all over the country and also from other countries. The college is situated at a very good location which is also a plus factor.

College Infrastructure
As my batch joined in the year 2020, we haven't been to the campus yet. We have had online classes since getting admitted, so I can't say anything about the amenities in the physical campus. But I can attest to the the technological infrastructure that KIIT School of Law has provided us with rare inconveniences, if ever. Classes have been conducted methodically on Zoom & G-Meet and we have been provided access to the Digital Library and research sites like SCC Online and Manupatra.
Academics
I'm currently pursuing B.A. LLB here at KIIT School of Law. The quality of teaching is above-par. The teachers have a methodical approach to their subjects and are very willing to satiate a student's curiosity in the topic. Realistically speaking, KIIT School of Law is one of the few law schools in India who make it a point to regularly update their syllabus in accordance with the BCI mandates. And yes, there are a lot of webinars and conferences to attend, should a student desire to do so.
Placements
I'm in the first year so I don't have details to share regarding placements. Although from hearsay, you could estimate the average/median salary to be around Rs. 3-4 lacs /annum. There is a dedicated placement & training cell who looks after your internships and placements but that's all I know about it right now. P.S. - Will update when I know more.
Value-for-money
BA LLB costs Rs. 1,70,000 per semester. This means Rs. 17,00,000 tuition fees for the 5 year course. Rs 70,000 admission fee. That means the course fee is nearly Rs 18 lacs. Add another 5 lacs if you want food & accommodation. A total expenditure of nearly Rs. 23 lacs which might be considered an exorbitant rate. For all it's amenities and high standards of education, one thing which KIIT School of Law is not is value for money. NLUs and even Christ University School of Law have lower fees.
Campus Life
Again, as I joined in 2020, I haven't been to the campus yet (considering the Covid-19 situation). But all schools of KIIT including the School of Law are in the same campus, so you could safely say that it is a rather large campus. Bhubaneswar is a fairly safe location even ranking among safest Indian cities. And yes, KIIT is well equipped for medical emergencies, with an on-campus hospital. As for activities, there is a theatre society, a cultural society, a mooting society and more.
Anything Else
If the exorbitant fees and location (Bhubaneswar isn't exactly a vibrant city/doesn't have great nightlife) aren't a problem, I would recommend KIIT School of Law as your choice of law school.

College Infrastructure
It has all the unique facilities for the students.Kiit is having really good infrastructure. We are having smart classrooms, multiple lab classes full with equipments and many more. Each campus is having it's own food canteen with good food. There are 20+ campus. Kiit's campus is really good. It provides multiple gardens and libraries. Kiit is also having many gyms and swimming pools which you can use after paying certain amount.
Academics
The quality of teaching is just awesome. Quality of education provided by kiit is good for a engineering student but that would not be enough for you for getting a good jod, along with that you have to study or take some classes for placement purposes.
Placements
The placement in this college is very outstanding. . Although it provide placements to almost every students but sometimes even if you get placed you have to manage with low package. Average package offered is 3 to 5 lakhs.
Value-for-money
According to the college infrastructure, facilities and teaching the cost is good
Campus Life
The college campus is clean and green

This is the best college .

College Infrastructure
Classroom are well equipped with AC, Projectors, & Smart boards. Doors are transparent for the purpose of surprise invigilation of authority. Class rooms are overall spacious & well lighten with bright white Led lamps / lights . Hostel are also upto the benchmark. pest control & other maintenance are done on regular basis . Hostel rooms & washroom/ bathrooms are well maintained by in house domestic helpers. The hostel warden are also caring & friendly. Basically its a home away from home .
Academics
I am here in KSOL ( kiit school of law) for my BBA.LLB degree. According to my opinion the course plan & schemes are changed for each new semester to cope with the dynamics of legal subjects . Keen focus are imparted on value based education & skill development of students. Students are updated of new landmarks judgement & other aspects. KIIT also attracts NRIs & Foreign students.
Placements
Exact percentage of placement cannot be derived at any law school because there are many students who do not take the placement offered by the college and went on to do further higher studies or they go for judiciary. Overall Placement rate was decent in the preceding years. Moreover it depends on individual effort & the uniqueness quantum of one's C.V
Value-for-money
The overall course fees(including hostel & mess fess )for 5 years for my batch is Rs. 20,00,000. However fees structure has been revised recently. Detail fees structure is available at KiiT official website. It also provides 24×7 library facility. KSOL has a multistorey library ( 3 floors ) well equipped with books & journals. One can have access to SCC online, Manupatra, Lexis nexis , Heinonline etc.
Campus Life
The best part about KIIT campuses are it has canteens, Shops & Maggi points. Students can avail the facility of gym, swimming pool, basketball court, T.Tenis . Moreover KSOL campus is full of vibrant colors , student can be seen playing cricket & football in the campus . There are many sporting events organized by students of KSOL such as gully cricket tournament & football tournament. Students can also participate in hostel wise tournaments as well. And above all KIIT has it's own stadium .
Anything Else
KIIT annual fests creates a buzz in town. 4 days of extraveganza & energy. However KSOL organizes it's own fest & it's a much awaited event for everyone in KSOL . the teachers , students & support staff all are filled with joy .

My experience at kIIT law school was good as it is at par with most of the national law schools in India in terms of infrastructure and facilities, although a lot of teachers are new and inexperienced but are quality and have a good knowledge and command over their subject. Students are aa mixed bag with all kinds of students, from intellectuals to political activists, there's a lot of diversity with people from all over India coming to the college. Placements are good but It's better to apply on your own.

Our college has the second best law library in India. Our college should have a separate internship cell, so that more number of students, who have limited contacts in the legal industry, can reach out to the best law firms, companies, lawyers, etc. The student-friendly and helpful faculty made my college life so enjoyable. Our college should reach out to more recruiters and industry leaders, so that the students are placed in better places, rather than small firms or LPOs. I expected that our hostel mess would provide food of really good quality. Our college professors should give more emphasis on examples and practical situations. Our student crowd is overall good. There are some disturbing elements, but otherwise, the student crowd is quite good. Our college is quite expensive for a student from a middle-class family, but education loan facilities are available.

Good infrastructure. Industry exposure is very much lacking. College life would seem bit challenge. Placements are not upto the marks. Hostels are good. Faculty needs to be altered. student diversity is ruining the system. As less faculties are there to to keep them in control. Fees is very expensive.

It is a very good college, with a huge infrastructure. It has the best library and moot courtroom , things which are really important for a law student. It hostels and mess food are good. But you may not want to eat from the mess daily, so one can easily order food at minimum costs. It has been a wonderful experience till date.

We have one of the biggest and resourceful Library among all the law colleges in the country. Our library is divided into two floors. One is the reading section and another is the reading cum lending section. We also have a separate journal section and a computer Lab. Our moot court room is considered to be the state of the art. We have a separate placement committee to ensure placement of all deserving candidates in our college. However, the percentage of students not getting placed irrespective of their desire is very few, for the obvious fact because they have a very poor grade, otherwise, we have 80%-90% placement percentage every year. However, This does not include civil service or UPSC aspirants or students joining LLM course. Our placement team is always working round the clock, interacting with various corporate offices, firms and LPOs and inviting them to our campus. We have guest lectures every Sunday. Also, guest faculties visit our campus for teaching us on a 4-weeks contract basis and sometimes less, gives us valuable insights about various subjects. We have many legal luminaries visiting our campus and sharing their ideas and knowledge with us and answering our queries. The hostel is really clean with spacious rooms and super speed wifi available 24x7! Mess food is nice. However, apart from the campus infrastructure, life in Bhubaneswar is not that thrilling. Especially if anyone is coming from any of the metropolitan cities, one would find the place very boring. Overall experience for any student in the campus would be really worth it but outside the campus experience, might, however, be depressing.

To be very honest KIIT Law School is a saviour for me, I still remember the time when i diligently prepared for the overestimated "common Law admission test" but couldn't manage get through. Entrance Exams are too much hyped in this country, which creates uncalled pressure and also not to forget the education system of our country which ensures detrimental competition. KIIT Law school came to my rescue and also for all those students who faced the similar situation. To be sincere I was depressed when for the first time i stepped in to this Law school but it was eroded in a week or so, when i met some excellent people (who happen to be my best buddies today) and unmatched professors who has till date guided me through this journey law school. I realised that the world hasn't ended and neither my chances to move ahead, these were few thoughts that pushed me ahead. The opportunities and exposure given by KIIT School of Law has been in par with National Law schools and not to overstate but better than few of the National Law Schools. Above that there is a world class library which one may hardly find in any of the Law schools in India, exquisite classrooms and On -campus hostel experience. It gets really wonderful if you can adjust with multicultural people coming from the north eastern and the north western parts of India. I am personally having an amazing stay at the hostel. Not to forget the college is located in Bhubaneswar the "land of temples", there is some really exciting things which one may not find in any other part of the country, students also visit Puri beach which is just 60 Kilometres from Bhubaneswar and have a really good stay during vacations. The institute also shares an excellent reputation and attracts some really good minds. Academically the college has been performing good and students have also managed to win moot court competitions and debates conducted all over India and also outside of India. The Placements have also been a tough call for most of the prestigious colleges providing legal education but KIIT Law school has managed to invite some good law firms and companies, students face hardship in getting internships at Delhi or Mumbai because there isn't a NLU tag associated with this law school and also because many has this pre conceived notion that he is not from a National Law School. Also as there is a recent upsurge towards the legal industry, law schools in order to provide quality education and facility has increased the course fee, so it is allright if the fee charged is little high. The few thing the college lacks is the location where it is situated and a transparent admission process. KIIT Law school is located in the peripheral areas of Bhubaneswar which is 5 to 6 Kilometres away from the main city hence sometimes it is difficult to commute far in the city and also the railway station/ Airport is a bit time-taking from college. The admission process requires some strict parameters in order upgrade the academic environment which is very important for an institution to flourish. ex stricter entrance exam. Overall It is a very good college and one can prefer this college over other colleges and also not worry about the quality of education because whatever it is, an educational institution plays a role of a facilitator and it all boils down to your hard work that pays.

The infrastructure is quite nice, especially the resources provided in the library. however, this is not complemented by the proper faculty and personnel who will show and instruct us on the proper way to effectively utilise these resources. furthermore, the teaching staff is not uniformly competent, with some teachers having no idea about their own subjects. the location of the college also means that to get to any of the shops, eateries etc you have to walk at least 1.5 km making your social life either tedious or dull. the students who study here also happen to be excessively nationalistic so expect many supporters of the current govt. they take it poorly if you criticize the govt. so don't. the placements here are not that great yet so don't count on them.

Kit School Of Law provides a smart infrastructure and the college library gives us ample collection of good books which helps in enhancement of our knowledge. Since our college was established on 2007, initially it was not a popular one but gradually our college is trying to pull up its standard. The college should conduct career counselling as it will help to understand the exact scenario of the placements. Our college hostel should provide a standard quality of food. It will be helpful for us if our college teachers give us presentation based works more and audiovisual studying. It will help in brushing our speaking and presenting skills and our college should bring more experienced faculty.Student diversity is impacting our college a lot. It helps us to mix up with people from a different province and to get acquainted with the culture. It helps in gaining confidence.Though our college is a bit expensive, but to some extent it is affordable.

The college has a good campus which resonates the splendor of most private institutions across the country. The infrastructure comprises a thin building along with three hostels one each for girls and boys respectively and an AC hostel for boys( latest addition). In the main building is one of the most comprehensive and well-equipped libraries I have been to. It tries its best as far as industrial exposure goes, there are quite a few seminars, guest lectures, workshops etc. conducted wherein the top brass of the Indian legal system come and share their experiences. As far as sports go there is no proper well-maintained field for outdoor sports apart from cricket. Thus this would definitely make life more happening. The placements it provides barring a few are not very appealing. Thus first and foremost it must correct this situation. Hostels are decent cold drinking water is available, along with wifi and toilets are cleaned regularly, however since I reside in a boys hostel finding a squeaky clean toilet would be a fools errand. The faculty is average. There are a few definitely who are excellent and could easily be teaching at any National Law University across India, however, some others are absolutely horrendous. Students mainly hail from Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand or Orissa there are a few from other states however, they are lesser in number. It has a positive impact definitely you get to meet new people and interact with them. The fee structure is quite steep.

I am having a overall good experience at the college . faculty is overall a good . The placement which is given by the university is overall a good placement . Students of this university do not have much problem regarding the teaching matters but yes their are some problem with the food quality which are provided in the hostel . Allover if we see then we will find that the college good in teaching and in lodging facilities . College takes the responsibility regarding the placement of the students of the college therefore the placement is near about 70% every year . Most impotently the college tries to develop all kinds of skill in their students like speaking , writing , research etc.

The infrastructure and faculty of my college is good. The law department came in the year 2007 and thus not many people know that law is being taught in KIIT University. There is a lack of experienced faculty members because although the faculties are good but most of them lack experience. But there is a positive point of the faculty members that they are very much helpful regarding academics as well as non academics. The quality of food is not that healthy in the hostels which is a very major backdrop. The student crowd in quite good in our college. The fee structure of this college is quite costly due to which it becomes hard to take admission in this college for mediocre families.

Infrastructure is very good. The campus is student friendly. The faculty could be much better. Havung only 3 batches out yet, placements are not very good. The training and placement committee doesnt provide internships in top-tier law firms. But it does try to get good companies to visit for recruitment. The college is improving with leaps and bounds though in terms of conducting seminars and workshops for the students.

KIIT School of Law has one of the best campuses. The 3 storeyed library is the best libraries one will find. The college tries to provide everything the student demands. Its hostels are really good with ac and non-ac bedrooms providing facilities of all kind of student needs. The mess food is not too good, it is on the average rating but you can order food from the cheap restaurants nearby. The environment of the college is excellent, one really enjoys at this place. There is a canteen in the campus itself and offers various kinds of food. The location of the college is in the main city, so one doesn't need to travel much for anything, everything from street foods to shopping complexes , hospitals, and restaurants are all nearby.

KIIT School of Law has one of the best campus in Bhubaneshwar. Students from all over the India came here to pursue different provided law courses. Even the people from Bhutan and Nepal join this school for their graduation. The infrastructure is very highly rated as the school also provides 3 floor library which is one of the biggest library in all over law colleges in India. The only bad thing about this college is that the placement is very poor and most students have to occupy their jobs by themselves.

Name of the college isn't the big thing, the overall quality & productivity of the college matters. Placements are not to the decent marks, even an instant opportunity can change the future of students. Bangalore firms offering placements for 15000 per month, is it good? Faculty Is moderate, not as expected out of the so expensive fee & by the old name of it. Exceptions are there which are good, that isn't sufficient.Management is very passive and irresponsible. Student diversity is ruin the quality of this institution, this year they have taken admission exceeding their traditional capacity (ex-2000 out of 1000). Just for the sake of money. No change in the faculty & academic culture of college. Library is Good. Is it sufficient for allover development? Is Infrastructure alone more than academics ?
