24 MonthsThe FellowProgramme in management (FPM) at LBSIM is a doctoral-level program that aims to promote research and scholarship in the areas of management education. It grooms promising young researchers to be innovative teachers, problem-solvers and thinkers in the business disciplines of economics and international business, finance, public policy, marketing, operations management, organizational behavior, strategy, information systems etc. These are the niche areas where the institute and faculty have gained recognition and reward over its 25 years of excellence. The program successfully builds upon the research strengths of LBSIM faculty members who engage in cutting-edge research that is academically rigorous and highly relevant to the current needs of the business.
As an FPM participant, you will work closely with faculty members in the capacity of research assistant and co-author for research publications and collaborations. This core research focus serves not just to hone the future researcher in you but also to develop an acute sense of corporate leadership and dynamism
DURATION OF THE PROGRAM:
A Candidate shall submit his/ her Thesis only after a minimum period of two years from the date of registration. However, the maximum period allowed for the submission of the Thesis is five years from the date of admission to the Programme.

these candidates shall remain provisional until they produce the certificate proving that they satisfy the eligibility criteria. The
deadline for submitting the final year mark sheet/ degree is 31st December.
A candidate fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria should have a valid test score (not older than three years from the closing date of application) in CAT/GMAT/UGCNET/JRF/SET in relevant discipline or LBSIM’s Research Aptitude Test (RAT).
