Placements : Placements of our college are the best, most likely 60-70% students are placed this year. They have offered around 1.5-9.2 lakh package of the year. Many companies have come to our college like L&T, TCS, Accenture, Bombardier Transportation, Reliance Ind., Tata Motors, Future First and many more are there. Likely 40-45. Students got the role of a software developer, web designer and marketing. Overall, this year's placements are the best. I hope that next year will also be the best. Infrastructure : As our college is very old. Since 1948, the infrastructure is like an old college with classrooms, labs, library, cricket ground, gardens, gym, indoor games, outdoor games. All type of games can be played at here. Classrooms are good but it has an old infrastructure, hence, it is not in a good condition. The college has Wi-Fi but students can not use it. Only the faculty can use it. Food is available at the canteen at a low cost but as we know, low-cost food does not mean the best quality. The college also has a hostel facility. There are 5 blocks of the hostel, 4 for boys and one for girls. The main problem of the hostel is that anyone can get into it, no one is checking you and a drinking water problem is also there. Faculty : The college has got the best faculty staff that is helpful for students and they have good knowledge of the subject. They teach us via projector as well as with blackboards. Sometimes, they call outside expert for expert lectures. As our college comes under GTU, the course is designed in an old way. Teaching staff members are good in behaviour and they are quite friendly.

Here I just passed the last year my college.I like the college because it's gujarat's no. 1 government engineering colleges. Here the no. Of branches are higher than any other colleges. 14 branches are here. Covers core branches plus all the important all the branches like automobile engineering, textile engineering and much more. Here if you want to make connections then also you can make connection. Here lot of people's are coming and enjoy daily life of college.All the daily needs can be easily accomplished. As all facilities are here. Like hostel, mess, library, playground, canteen , different department for different branches.and much more . So atlast if u are afraid of taking admission here. I am currently in the 4th year of the Computer engineering branch. I like the most about this college is that here the accessibility to the sports ground and all is good. We can use cricket ground anytime in day, for playing football we can also access the ground. I love the game table tennis and this college also have the ground for this also. And also more than that here badminton as well as tennis court is also available. Plus benefit of this college is awesome environment of the campus. All the facilities regarding studies is also available. Infrastructure is also good. All department have their separate building. We can have access tot he internet by LAN in the class. Also can easily contact the professor if facing any issues regarding studies or whatever. Friendly faculties and colleagues. Library is also there and contains many books which can be easily accessible by the students. And main benefit is transportation facility is easy to access as LD college is present in the middle of the ahmedabad. And Cool Nearby areas with popular colleges like Gujarat Uniersity, CEPT university, IIM Ahmedabad, ISRO etc.

I currently study in the 4th year in computer Department.Here all the necessary facilities are available. Like library, books, supportive professors, cool coulegues n best buddies. Here for refreshment the option are many like canteen, mess, Nescafe was also available in the campus. Near to famous colleges like CEPT, Gujarat University, IIM ahmedabad, HL commerce College etc. All the transportation facilities also available easily. As college is in middle of the Ahmedabad. Green campus. MAXIMUM sport facilities also available like there is a cricket ground for cricket lovers, football ground, badminton hall, tennis court was also there also table tennis hall is available. Currently I'm studying in the LD Engineering College (CE- 4th year).Here the campus is awesome. LD college of engineering is the best government college of Gujarat. Located in middle of the Ahmedabad. As it is government college it is very affordable for the student who willing to do their degree and master degree of engineering. Here The no. of engineering branch is highest than any other government and private engineering college. Here You will get good support from senior as well as teacher. It is good to study here. And all the facilities are easily available here as its located in best area of ahmedabad. Hostel is also available. And also canteen is awesome.
