LD institute is the best college of Gujarat, getting admissions is not easy, but once you get it , it's an amazing college to be part of. It has a very large campus. Many big IT company come here for recruitment, so if u have good academics you can end up getting job from campus only. College also has nice library ,cafeteria, and lots of events taking place in the college whole year ,for students interested in extracurricular activities. Its fees are less, but as I told getting admission is little hard. So work hard to get admission in BEST COLLEGE OF GUJARAT.

LD College of Engineering, Engineering the Dreams

LD College of Engineering is one of the best engineering colleges across Gujarat. It is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University. To give my review, I would structure of the same in terms of the parameters mentioned below: Placement and ROI: This is the aspect in which the college excels the most. Being a Govt Funded college, It charges only Rs 3000 for a year and all the other expenses are reduced due to subsidies and scholarship offered to meritorious students. While if I talk about the companies which visit for campus recruitment, there are number of MNCs which offer internship as well as job opportunities. L&T, Mahindra, Cybage, Accenture, Adani, UPL, etc to name a few. So this parameter gets full points in any case. Infrastructure and Faculties: This is the aspect that needs to be worked upon. Govt Funds are not utilised efficiently in improving infrastructure amenities. About the Faculties, they are pretty fine in their theoretical knowledge and concepts. While the practical approach for it us something that a student expects, which remains partially fulfilled. Peer Group: In LD, the peers that you get are extremely talented in terms of analytical and logical skills. While Communication remains in a slight backdrop. So in all, you get to improve a lot in terms of understanding capability and also the exposure that you get from the institutes in the vicinity like IIM-A, AMA, CEPT, ATIRA, PRL etc is something that can be definitely cashed to compensate the negatives. In a nutshell, I would say that LD is for the ones who are self driven and can devise a clear cut path to traverse on.

Although it's my first year at the college, I've few words to say about the college i'm studying in. LD college is a wonderful college. It's decently spread across 17 acres of land and has varieties of graduation degree courses. The teaching is good enough.(talking about my branch-mechanical). The only thing which makes me struggle in college is, the use of Gujarati Language by the lecturers, which makes understanding concepts difficult. Other than that,Overall the college is really good. I guess, I will enjoy myself, learning here in LD college for the rest four years.
