Please note, the Honours and Elective subjects must not be identical. The Honours and Elective subjects must not be from the same Group.
Group I: Education / Film Studies / Human Rights
Group II: History / Mathematics
Group III: Economics
Group IV: Political Science
Group V: Psychology / Journalism & Mass Communication
Group VI: English (Limited seats )
Group VII: Bengali / Hindi
Journalism may be taken with Film Studies / Human Rights
The choice of 2 Elective subjects for Psychology B.A. Honours: (1) English (2) Education / History
Eligibility Criteria
A person, who have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) with minimum 60% marks in examination recognized as equivalent thereto, shall be eligible for the course.
