considering the previous year cut-off the chances are less to get admission in your prefered colleges. The suggestion is made based on the previous year closing rank and it may vary this year.

So don't worry just wait till last round you will get MIT muzaffarpur

So you can also choose better branch but civil id best of government jobs.

I would like to suggest you that between the two colleges

If you have a choice then go for MIT as it is a better college. They have a good placement record.

The infrastructure of this college is good with all the required facilities . Like classrooms with well equipped sources . We have the library , canteen , hostel facility for the students in this college who are studying .

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is cool, has many trees in the campus. Located aside the crompet railway station, making easy for transportation. Classrooms are well maintained. Wifi is there, library has enough books.

very good infrastructure.. excellent facilities.. all the classrooms and laboratories are well equipped. the hostels are very good.. they have two type of hostels and food is also very good in the hostel.
