It is quite difficult for you to get electrical engg in MIT. The last year cut off rank was 601.

My general rank is 2000 can I get CSE in Bhagalpur or MiT

100% chances for both MIT and BCE Bhagalpur under Computer science engineering.

Civilengineering has high cutoffs at MIT Muzzafarpur and BCE Bhagalpur within 1200 ranks.

Henece CSE and ECe have lower cutoffs.

Good chances also with Shershah college of engineering, Saharsa college of engineering, BP mandal college of engineering, Purnea

Minimum 196 is required under MBC Category for MIT Chennai under TNEA scores.

Since you scired 189 yiur chances well with Kumaraguru college of engineering, Alagappa college of engineering, Sri venkateshwara college of engineering, St joesph engineering college.

MIT is really better than Sastra. So don't regreat on your decision. If you are not specific about about branch then your decision is right.

Sorry to say but with this rank, you have no chances to get a deat in any of your preferred colleges mentioned above . But you do not need to worry as still there are many other colleges like saharsa college of engineering, darbhanga college of engineering etc .

According to the previous year cut off, for MIT college, you have to score marks 197+.
Check here cut off trends of MIT-

The infrastructure of this college is good with all the required facilities . Like classrooms with well equipped sources . We have the library , canteen , hostel facility for the students in this college who are studying .

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is cool, has many trees in the campus. Located aside the crompet railway station, making easy for transportation. Classrooms are well maintained. Wifi is there, library has enough books.

very good infrastructure.. excellent facilities.. all the classrooms and laboratories are well equipped. the hostels are very good.. they have two type of hostels and food is also very good in the hostel.
