Well according to me, you should go for MIT KOTHRUD since it is more reputed and has better infrastructure as compared to that of MIT ALANDI.

Yes, you have chances of getting CS and IS in MIT as your rank is quite good. The cut off rank is generally within 200.

You can get mit and psg according to your cut off but i prefer you visit careers 360 cut off of colleges to know the last year cut off
