Madras Institute of Technology have different cutoffs for different branches and as you have mentioned you need CSE.

Cutoff for CSE in MIT is 197.5 in previous years so you may not get it.

Fee structure for 2018 is 2.80 Lakhs per year. This fee is same for all branches and for all categories

It increase 10-12% generally every year
