10+2 examination in Science stream with minimum 50% marks and English as a subject. 

Selection Procedure -

Yes you can get admission in MIT without appearing for JEE Mains and the entrance test is MHT CET for engineering courses.

Madras Institute of Technology have different cutoffs for different branches and as you have mentioned you need CSE.

Cutoff for CSE in MIT is 197.5 in previous years so you may not get it.
