eligibility criteria :- candidate must have 50% or above in BTech degree in the relevant subject.

As per your son's cut off, he might get admission to CSE/IT in CEG or MIT both. You can contact to any of the campus for the direct admission. They will suggest you the best option to grab a seat of your choice of course. They will also provide the admission process, which will make it easy for you to take admission there.You can also think for admission in Anna University.

Based on the  previous year cut-offs, you may get  BTech in Electronics and Communication, Electronics and Computer, Information Technology,Mechanical. Civil, Chemical in  Manipal University, Jaipur.

Cut-offs are subjective to change and it's dependent on myriad factors such as total candidates appearing, level of paper, seat matrix etc.

This Rural Quota is given under each and every category ranging from General Merit rural to Scheduled Caste Rural. As you have not mentioned this hence i am mentioning below that category only through which you could get MIT.

I think you can get Civil as last year the closing rank for GMW was around 1 lakh.

Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile Engineering is a full-time four-year course degree offered by Anna University, Chennai. The College of Engineering, Guindy offers B.E course in Geoinformatics. BE Geo Informatics is full time four year undergraduate degree course. offered at College of Engineering, Guindy and offered by ANNA University, ChennaiAnna. The admission to UG programmes is purely based on the marks obtained in the Higher Secondary examinations. The admission of students to all the programmes is through a Single Window Admission System, administered by Anna University.
