               The cutoffs fo CSE/IT/ECE/EEE in CEG/MIT are quite high. With your rank, it will be difficult to secure a seat in these branches in MIT/CEG.

             Last year's cutoff for ECE in MIT was 1812(closing rank) in MBC category. However this is the overall rank in MBC category. So you have less chances of getting ECE in MIT with an overall rank of 8645.

             The cutoff for Production engineering in MIT in 2018 was around 2240(opening)-5493(closing) in OC category.
