2. 50% marks in the aggregate when the candidate has not studied the subject in his/her previous qualifying examination, provided all other clauses are satisfied.

College Infrastructure
Maharaja Manindra Chandra College has a moderately developed infrastructure with well-maintained classrooms, basic laboratory facilities, and a functional library. However, the campus is compact and lacks modern amenities and adequate space. Technological resources and student facilities need improvement to better support academic and extracurricular activities.
A good college for mass communication.
