M.Tech Thermal Engineering at MEC Hyderabad Offline Course

Master of Technology in Thermal Engineering is two years full time course. Affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad and approved by AICTE. The course emphasizes the application of fundamental principles of Thermal Engineering for various applications, which include Gas Turbine Power Plants, Steam Power Plants, Solar Appliances, Cooling of Electronic Equipment and Devices, Automobiles, I. C. Engines, Refrigeration Plants, Air-Conditioning Systems, Cold Storage Units, Propulsion Systems, Heat Transfer and so on. The first two semesters of the course cover the course work facilitating the students to learn both fundamentals and recent advances in various core and elective subjects supported by laboratory courses, which include Thermal Engineering Laboratory and Computational Methods Laboratory.
