The library comprises printed documents such as books, reports, thesis, standards, atlases, patents, and journal back volumes. The non-book collections include materials like audio/video cassettes and CD-ROM discs. A total of 5540 books for agriculture and allied subjects are available.

The college IT lab has 50 systems with high-speed internet access for the welfare of students and staff. The IT lab can be accessed by the students from morning 7.30 am to evening 5.00 pm.

The college has Seventeen laboratories and one ‘B’ Class Meteorology Observatory has been established with the required equipment and glassware. Each Laboratory can accommodate 40 students per batch to carry out curriculum-related experiments. All the laboratories are furnished with essential amenities. The Work Tables in the laboratories are provided with granite tops and sinks, coated with epoxy layers. Proper Lab safety and waste disposal systems have been established in all the laboratories.

The college has a Sports are very essential for every human life which keeps them fit and fine and physical strength.

Skills like teamwork, leadership, patience, discipline, learning from failure, Sportsmanship, etc., are developed only when students play sports regularly, and these skills are equally important when it comes to studies and management.

NCAT recognizes physical activity and sports as integral parts of the curriculum for first and second-year Undergraduate Students to increase awareness among students about the significant benefits of physical activity and the practice of sports.

The college has a medical room with all the necessary first aid kits. A nurse has also been appointed for providing proper first aid during emergencies. On-call Doctor Visit facility is also available. NCAT is well connected to a 24*7 hospital which is within 1500m of its main gate. 

The students staying at NCAT hostels are provided with hygienic and balanced nutritious food with RO-UV purified water at highly subsidized rates. For the benefit of our other state students, the mess also offers a multi-cuisine dining facility providing Chinese and continental food.

The College canteen is one of the liveliest areas on campus. It is spacious to accommodate about 150 users. Staff members and the students share the canteen with separate and common sitting areas. Our canteen aims at providing a variety of quality food & beverages at highly competitive rates. The overall administration of the Canteen is under the supervision of a Canteen Committee drawn by the College management.

All the rooms have enough space and are furnished with intercom facilities. There are separate blocks (Marutham and Mullai) allotted for boys. The total capacity for the boys' hostel is about 700.

Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods are provided in a hygienic way. Separate food for Andhra, Kerala, and North Indians is also provided. The lady's hostel is attached to a swimming pool. recreational facilities. Medical service is available 24 hours a day.
