Well, the minimum age requirement of NISER Examination is 20 years. Thereafter the candidate may give the exam at any age and as many time he/she wants to, because there is no upper age limit.

Ofcourse, you can get it into NISER, Bubaneshwar. The cutoff rank for Geeral category candidates last year and that predicted this year is 800. And with a rank of 274 you have high probability of getting a seat in first counselling.

The total number of seats in NISER, Bubhaneshwar, is only around 172. And there are thousands of candidates competing for this. I am sorry to say that getting a seat in NISER with 74.853 is quite impossible. Do not lose hope. You can ask to try next year
