Patna Science College, Patna has a student-driven Placement and Training Cell that helps in the campus placement and ensures that the recruitment process is conducted smoothly. T&P Cell also acts as a link between the students and corporate companies. Cell not only focuses on enhancing the technical knowledge of the students but also helps them in overall personality development. The Placement Cell ensures that the maximum number of job opportunities are created for the students. It organises various training programmes so that students can enhance their skills. The college invites companies for conducting the placement drive via mail. The placement process of Patna Science College, Patna is given below in details:

Pre-Placement Talk - A pre-placement talk is a session arranged by the company to make the students aware of the companies policies, rules and regulations of the companies, etc.
Submission/Collection of CVs - Students interested in the placement drive have to send their CVs to College Placement Cell (CPC) and students who will be shortlisted will be noticed by the CPC through a newsletter.
Interview - Recruiters can take as many rounds of interviews they want. Some of them also take tests and conducts Grop Discussions before the interview.
Job Offers - Candidates successfully qualifying the final round that is the interview, are offered jobs.

Placements

I don't know the quality of placements at my college. 1-2 % may be, i really don't know, because i don't want to be placed from here. it might be between 3 LPA to 4 LPA. I don't know about placement process easy or pleasant and yes sometime college is way more supportive.

great academics but average placement

Placement of this college is very average since students mostly opt for higher education . However during my course companies like Tata and Airtel visited. The salary offered was less which led us to opt for further studies rather than taking job.
