Degree wise Admission Process

B.A. English: The colleges allocate 60 seats to the students enrolling for the BA English course. Those students who qualified English as the main subject in their higher secondary education may have leverage over the other candidates for admission.

B.Com: There will be an intake of 60 students into B.Com, and the selection of candidates will be made based on the 10+2 marks, particularly in accounting-related subjects. Preference will be given to candidates who come from a commerce background while others with good marks from other streams may be considered too.

B.Sc Botany: The total number of seats available for the B.Sc Botany course at the college is 40. Admissions are granted based on the marks earned in the 10+2 exam, focusing on biology and the other science subjects; however, preference should be given to those who come from an excellent background in biology.

B.Sc Computer Science: The intake capacity for this program is also 40. Admission is based on the marks scored in the 10+2 examination, especially in mathematics and computer science, if he/she has taken it up. Aptitude for computer science and programming may be an additional consideration.

M.A. English: This program comprises 36 seats for the master's students in English. Hence, admissions would be based on the applicant's record at the undergraduate level, preferably in English childhood or an analogous discipline. The college can hold an additional test and/or interview to determine proficiency in English language and literature competency.
