The college has Alumni of 100 years old this College has distinguished itself at the national and international levels. They have spread far and wide globally and done their Alma Mater proud by excelling themselves as academicians, administrators, scientists, scholars, entrepreneurs, and technocrats. Several of them have reached heights of excellence in their respective fields and are significantly contributing to the socioeconomic development of the nation and the world at large.

The college has sports facilities for all students. The Department of Physical Education was established with a view to providing recreation to the students of the college. For this purpose,3 acres of land have been allotted for outdoor games. A special facility is also made for indoor games. 

The college has a library facility for all students. The UCSS Library is spacious and well organized and is housed in about a 3500 sq ft hall on the ground floor of the Library building. The Reading area, reference room, stack area, etc are all on the same floor. There is a seating area of 40 students in the library at a given point in time. The library has a collection of about 16545 books covering basic science, applied science, general reference books as well as Languages including Arabic, English, Telugu, Hindi, Sanskrit, Environmental Science, Indian Literature Culture, and History. There is a main library and seminar library in all departments in our college.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has a Gym facility for the students. There is a modern multi-gym that caters to the needs of the students to keep them physically and mentally fit. 

The college has an Auditorium facility for staff and students.

The College has an active Placement Cell, which organizes regular training programmes for the students to prepare them for their placements. It organizes placement drives and invites top-notch employees from corporate sectors to deliver guest lectures and special talks to keep the students motivated and inspired.

This college takes much care of placement activity. Our college ,M.Sc, students got placed in many companies like Bharath Bio Tech,MSN Labs,Honour Labs,Aurbindo and GVK.
