The College Library was established at the very inception of the Institution. The library is located on the ground floor with a separate reading room for students and teachers. The Library is well ventilated, lighted, and aired to facilitate comfortable seating. The Library is fully computerized allowing functions like an issue, return, OPAC search, and availability assessment of books, easy and user-friendly. We have bar-coded our document collections.
The college library contains a rich collection of more than 44000 books, 23 journals/magazines, 3 Daily Newspapers, and 2 Employment oriented Newspapers.
The library subscribes to 2 digital databases one from N-LIST (UGC-INFONET Digital Library Consortium, INFLIBNET Centre, and the INDEST-AICTE Consortium, IT Delhi) and NDL (National Digital Library IIT Kharagpur). Library books are well stacked in accordance with Dewey Decimal Classification System. Library Membership is offered to the current students and staff of the college.
The college of science departments possesses well-equipped laboratories for the Honours and General practical classes. These laboratories are kept pace, on a regular basis, with the advancing and modernizing syllabi and the need of students. The college has also a ‘Central Instrumentation Facility’ with a number of modern and scientific instruments.
The college has more than 26 computers distributed in the office, library, and academic departments. Students and teachers enjoy the facility of possessing the internet. Modern audio-visual teaching aids like LCD-projector, overhead projectors, etc. are also used to impart effective teaching.
The college Staffs and teachers and the students enjoy canteen facilities within the college premises.
The college has three hostels (One for boys, and a Swabalambi Chhatrabas, a boys’ hostel, for poor and meritorious students) with a total seat capacity of 175. Superintendents look after these hostels. Healthcare services are also provided through Students’ Health Home.

The college has sports facilities for all students. The college has a large playground where students practice Football, Cricket, and Volleyball. The college arranges Inter-college Football tournaments, as well as District level football matches.
The college Arrangement for multi-gym is also made available on the college campus.
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
The college has an auditorium to accommodate about two hundred audiences which are not having a modern audio-visual system, not air-conditioned, and are not well equipped with furniture.
The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
The college has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff.
The college has made arrangements for the parking of the vehicles of the staff on the side of the bio-department.
The college has a convenience store facility for students. (like photocopying facility & stationery etc.)
