Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering is a full-time four-year Undergraduate course degree and it is offered by Jadavpur University, Kolkata and approved by AICTE.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who have passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination in General Stream of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or any other equivalent examination of a University/Board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English are eligible for provisional admission to the First Year Class of the aforesaid Undergraduate Engg/Tech/Arch/ Pharm courses.

Admission Details

Provisional admission will be made on the basis of the Provisional Admission Letter for a seat of Jadavpur University issued by the WB-JEM for Joint Entrance Examination for Admission to Engineering, Medical/Technological Degree Colleges at any of the Reporting Centers provided the candidate satisfies the prescribed following medical fitness (except for candidates applying under Physically Challenged quota).

College Infrastructure

Though the university is state funded and bosts aheritage of 100 years the infrastructure is not upto the mark. But all the essential equipments and facilities are available. The class rooms are equiped with projectors and the libraries are well equipped. Libraries are well enriched with books and sports centres are also open to students. Wifi is available 24/7 in both campus and hostel. The living space is satisfactory clean and the foods in all the canteens are completely hygenic.
