No one gets placement here because no company provides job opportunities here. Placement system if this college is very poor and this college only provides degree to the students and you have to find job yourself and there is no role of college in getting job.

The teachers here were very supportive and alll staff are appreciable. There are functions happening here every once in a while and guests are also invited. I have gave 5 star rating for campus life because my campus life was very good.

The whole campus is great piece of art, designed by Louis Kahn. Classrooms, sports complex, and library etc. , everything is a very well planned. Campus is fully wi-fi providing connectivity 24*7. There are 13-14 food outlets within the campus along with the regular mess. There are 35 students dormitories and also married hostels for the PGP executive programme, very well-equipped with basic facilities and housekeepers.

In our college,Teachers are very highly qualified with lot of industry experience and along with teaching they are involved in research work and also provide consultancy services to various companies. We have case method pedagogy which is helpful an getting the real world problems effectively to further ponder up on these problems. The class discussions are very enriching as there are students from different backgrounds.

There is well-organized placement committee which is an solely responsible for the final placements of the whole batch and summer internships for the juniors. Every year, there is an record 100% placements and same is the case for summer internships. The highest package offered last year was 40 Lacs per annum. Minimum salary offered was 12 Lacs per annum and average salary was 14.5 Lacs per annum. During summer internships, the highest stipend was 2 Lacs per month, minimum stipend was 40000 per month and on an average, students GOT 70000 per month as stipend. Some of the companies visiting the campus for the programme are RB, PnG, PWC, Mahyco, Coromandel, Jain Irrigation, Lactalis etc.

The course of curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult but not easy. Around 95% of students get passing marks.

Many students were placed an around 80% of students get placement. There are many packages but the highest salary package is 58 LPA, the average salary package is 38 LPA and the lowest salary package is 15 LPA. Top of recruiting companies are Tata group, Bajaj finance, Reliance finance, etc. Around 70% of students get an internship in many companies like Birla group, etc.

The college has a cluster system with almost 40% of batch getting placed at the end of the cluster. Placements were excellent for the seniors as well as the junior batch. They offers different opportunity which not matches to your skills as for the students of finance there are only marketing company for the placement and internships both. This is the big issue that affect students at the time of placement.

Though many prestigious companies like TCS, WIPRO, ACCENTURE recruit at our college annually, only a small percentage of students succeed in securing jobs through campus placements. While these major corporations offer exciting opportunities for graduates, the recruitment process is highly competitive. Often, hundred apply but only a handful are selected. To better equip students, the college conducts specialized training programs aligned with the hiring criteria of each visiting company. These intensive sessions take place in the weeks leading up to the recruitment drives. The lowest package offered by most companies being around 2.5 LPA.
