Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate Course offered by Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, Mangalore recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.

Eligibility Criteria

Pass in 2nd PUC/12th/Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and a minimum of 45% Marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Science. (40% for SC, ST, Specified category Candidates).

B.E. LEET - Diploma students should have 50% aggregate marks in all three years.

Admission Details

In the admission procedure, allotment of seats and fees structure for all the seats, our College strictly adheres the order of the Government of Karnataka amended from time to time and prevalent at the date of admission. As per the order of the Government of Karnataka, the allotment and distribution of the seats are as follows:

45% of the seats are filled by the Government of Karnataka through Common Entrance Test (CET).
30% of the seats are filled through entrance test conducted by the Comed-K.
25% of the seats are filled by Management.

College Infrastructure

Total campus is clean, green, and well-maintained. Every classroom is equipped with projectors and comfortable seating. The labs have modern equipment, and students get enough time to practice. The library is peaceful with both printed and digital study materials. Wi-Fi is available in every corner of the campus, making online research easy. The hostels are well-managed with good food and facilities. There’s also a large canteen, sports ground, and auditoriums for events.

College is very beautiful surrounded by greenery and hills, giving a calm and peaceful vibe. The classrooms are modern, clean, and equipped with smart boards. Labs are well-designed with all the tools and machines students need for experiments and projects. The library is big and filled with books, journals, and online resources that make studying easier. The canteen offers tasty food at reasonable prices. There’s also a gym, auditorium, and large playground for various sports.

College Infrastructure

Good Wi-Fi facilities are available in the hostel. It also has a good study place. Labs are well-maintained. The canteen is very beautiful and provides good and hygienic food. The college provides medical facilities 24X7 for hostel students. There is a separate space for sports and cultural activities
