College has all the necessary equipments which are required and various facilities like lift, AC, projector are also available. Classrooms are air conditioned. College also has girl's hostel. Its library is well known and famous with MATA GUJRI DEVI LIBRARY with around 2000+ books. Floors are well cleaned with a proper maintenance.

As I am a student of science stream (Chemistry Hons). I can say that teachers and their way of teaching is brilliant. Their helping and friendly nature always encourage students to ask questions freely without hesitation. Teachers are highly experienced so that they are always up to date in their subjects.
Placements
As per my view, college does not has a good placement. Even so, there is a placement cell in my stream. But i don't think so that students will get a good placement as they want direct from the college.

Campus Life is outstanding. You will get a new and amazing exposure in North campus , Delhi University. This is an opportunity to you to meet different people and improve your skills. As all are students in campus. So, it is completely safe and all the necessary services like market, hospital, police station are near by.

I am a btech (CSE) final year student. My experience of study is great here. The faculty is so helpful and are very supportive. All the updates in the market are directly reflected in the students academics whether it is any new technology or somethig else.

The college welcomes more than 120 companies every year for the placement and more than 95% student get placed in reputed companies every year. The highest salary package of this year is 33 lacs. The average salary package somehow varies btw 4 - 7 lacs. The process of placement is not complicated, some basics criterias are required for the placement process. An average student also gets a chance to be placed in a reputed company.

The quality of placements is good for technical branches . But for non technical branches we do not have much placements here . The average salary offered to our university is about 2 lakhs per annum .our college supports us very much.

Boring as hell. There is nothing except two buildings and a large patchy ground. You can't walk in with any expectation. There is no place to hide out if you bunk. And the teachers also run after you if you bunk.

I'm a first year Biotechnology student and would like to do research work in near future. From my experience, the teachers I know are very student friendly and are quiet helpful. The quality of teaching is good with proper supply of notes. The curriculum is updated each year according to the guidelines of MAKAUT required for the recent developments in the field.

There were shortage of hostel capability as number of seats increased every year. I felt mess food was good as compared to other colleges but students other than north india faced little difficulty as food menu was mostly north indian. Hostel, Gym, Sports complex, SAC center, wifi, laboratories, class rooms etc everything was good and as per NIT standard.

There was shortage of teaching staff and mostly ad-hoc teachers (Enrolled in P. hd. or M.Tech students) were taking classes or labs. Course curriculam was good. Some of the permanent teachers are excellent.

Placements are really good. Almost all branded companies like Adobe, GS, Microsoft, Google etc visits campus everyyear with good package. Many companies like GS, Amazon, American Express, Visa, VmWare etc. provided opportunities for paid internship.

Its really good. Inside the city. Many cultural & technical events happens in a year. Very good comptitive environment. You can roam anywhere inside campus anytime (no time boundation for boys and for girls upto 8 PM). It is safe campus. Prayagraj (Allahabad) is safe and decent developed city. Except the food at the Hostel Mess, everything else is sufficiently good. There is ample parking, classrooms are good, Libraries are there, cafeterias are there, playgrounds and swimming pool, etc etc. All is good, except for the food at Hostel Mess. But then again, there are plenty of private mess in the campus itself, but then you'd need to live in non-hostel accomodation, since hostel fees includes Mess charges.

Curriculum and Teaching staff is good enough to help you with academic and innovative stuff. Although the syllabus could be improved a lot, but that seems to be more of an University level issue, not a college level one.

One of the greatest plus points of this college (or for any Sinhagad Colleges) is that they have high placement rates. You will have a job, however it might not turn out to be good for you. But that's more of an issue due to the competition aspect in Job sector.

Pillai College is strict with respect to academics, since college maintains the attendance record and also keeps tests on regular basis with parents teachers meetings held after every unit test concluded. The College placements for Computer and IT department is really well if compared to other departments in the college with more placement percentage and salary offered. The college is very supportive has it conducts sessions for placements interviews and mock test so that students feel easy while attending any of the interviews. The placement department also ensures sessions for skill development program.

The college has one of the biggest college festivals in the whole Mumbai region named as Alegria- The festival of joy. The whole college turns into a totally new world with many activities to participate in ranging from technical to entertainment to also holding many celebrities for comedy night, music night and many more. I am an alumni of the college , I have done my course from this college till my final year I got very good experience ,college campus is very good including a very big sports ground and library of the college is digital ,and classes are normal , no, AC is not in the classes it is only in the laboratory and seminar hall only and also on facility cabin, living space cleanly maintained and canteen food is good but not much hygienic.

I have passed my BTech course from CSE branch ,I did my course because my interest begun for computer science when I first created my small application in my class eight in C++ , teachers are fabulous in this college they teach professionally.

I didn't get placement from the college but still I am now working in wipro ,I got placed in this through off campus placement , so I analysed placement record of the college so it was not 100% but in actual they show it as same ,however it's bearable, highest package theough on campus was of rupee 10 lakh per annum, it was easy for students who have studied their syllabus well fully and pleasant also if they have interest in the company for which they are going.

When it comes to academics , academics are fully focused and well maintained, teachers are good and style of teaching is nice but the only bad thing is that they communicate best in Bengali if you didn't understand then initially you will face some problem while communicating

When it comes to placement ,it competes with IITs and also above 6 IITs according to NIRF ranking, CSE placement average package is about 20 lpa which competes with IIT Bombay CSE, whereas IT branch average package is about 13 lpa...
